An economical 0.1% w/w betamethasone valerate scalp application available only on prescription for the treatment of dermatoses of the scalp, such as psoriasis and seborrhoeic dermatitis.

Also contains a water dispersible coconut oil derivative to moisturise the scalp.

When application coincides with shampooing the hair, wash and dry the hair first before applying Betacap to the scalp. Betacap should be used following the 'ABC' guidance:

1. Apply sparingly to lesions on scalp
2. Betacap should be left to dry naturally, there is no need to rinse it off
3. Continue morning and night until condition improves then reduce frequency of application
